We loved Kevin's creative  Southern/Creole inspired dishes.  Most catering companies do recipes that are easy and boiler plate.  You spend a lot of money for something you can be put together at home.  Mason Catering has restaurant quality appetizers and  desserts.  Would definitely hire again.
