To guarantee your private function a deposit of 25% of your anticipated bill is due at time of booking. Fifty (50%) is due two months before event. The remaining balance is to be paid five (5) business days prior to the date of function, (unless other arrangements have been made in advance & in writing) along with final head count. If you book within 60 days of the event, your deposit (75% of you anticipated bill) is due at booking. All prices are subject to 8.25% state sales tax (unless you provide proof that you represent a tax-exempt organization) The caterer hereby reserves the right to make small adjustments to the menu if certain ingredients are not available due to reasons that are beyond the caterer’s control. Cancellation Policy
The agreed deadline for cancellation is as follows: The (25% of anticipated total) booking fee is non-refundable The Customer may cancel the event with the caterer until two months before the date of the event without additional penalty. Any monies other than the initial booking fee (25%) collected will be refunded with 15 business days. After this time the Customer may be liable for additional fees for cancellation
In event the of a crisis (COVID 19) outbreak or similar natural disaster we will reschedule with client and all monies will transfer to new event date.
At the discretion of Masons Creative Catering staff, leftover cooked food may remain with client whereas on site refrigeration is accessible to our staff. After which Client assumes all liability resulting in failure to properly maintain safe food temperature and storage of food.
